If you have ever wondered what depression can be like, take a peak at mine. Or maybe you've been there yourself and find comfort in not being the only one. Or maybe none of that and that's perfectly valid too! No need to willingly dive into my (past) pain.

I wrote and recorded this poem at the lowest of lows. And I decided to not post it, because standing alone I find it unbearable. Now, I am on my way to a better place and I could write about that too. This is a two piece poem. Please listen to the counterpiece "The Light Inside" too
