This is the next instalment in the Between Attempts series.
How does one get motivated when you are being weighed down?
Distraction.
Doubt.
Energy.
The general feeling of not wanting to do said task?
Maybe you feel you need to do the full task perfectly.
Maybe you second-guess whether you can complete it to the best of the ability that you feel it should be done.
Or maybe just in general, you can't be bothered and you don't know why.
It sometimes feels like a long mountain climb to simply just touch the task to even get it going.
So while we talk about what is weighing us down, I give you seven tips that can also help to make the task not seem like a long journey, while also taking a small chunk out of the task.
We must defeat the scrolling, the phones, and the distractions, that can take us off course when we need to be finding a way to get us back on track.
