This is the next instalment in the Between Attempts series.
We can all get stressed from many parts of our lives, work, personal relationships, maybe even past times as well.
Life in general.
But it's time to put the pause button on your mind and take a step back from the hustle and bustle of life, as all of these things that you have to plan, think about, or worry about, could all come together, and you can almost crumble from the amount of pressure you're feeling with all of those things together, juggling everything.
Listen to the rain fall as it bounces off. Just like we're going to take those thoughts and have them bounce off of your mind and off your body, so you don't feel fried.
I, of course, cannot remove stress fully from your life, but this is about just taking one moment to just stop, take a step back, and just calm your mind for a few moments.
It's time for you to stop.
