It's time for you to get some sleep.
Get into bed.
Pull the covers up to your chin (unless its hot in which case don't)
Lie flat on your back.
Close your eyes.
And just listen to my voice.
This is a second sleep aid.
The second from a previous version that I did many moons ago.
This will be focusing on how your entire body feels, focusing on certain parts of your body for you to relax.
All the thoughts of the days.
The worries.
The tasks.
The anxieties.
Can wait.
Let's pause those thoughts for now.
They can wait until tomorrow.
Towards the end I will be repeating in a low voice and whispering.
'Just Rest'.
'Just Relax'.
'Rest'.
'Relax'.
You can always loop this if you get to the end and still haven't been able to fall asleep.
Hopefully you will be able fall asleep.
Just rest.
