How are we all doing in the heat? Watching international news it seems like the heat is a killer EVERYWHERE this week. Make sure to not only drink water but electrolyte drinks as well and have some extra on hand. Dr.Bronners Peppermint Soap baths can help cool you down too (works WONDERS for bug bites too)

I'm not sure why but I never thought I would do one. I have nothing against them but I just haven't had the pleasure of enjoying one before. I'll admit that I was nervous in the beginning but it's you and me right? How could I not be comfortable around you 🌸
