I hope everyone is surviving in these heat waves we're all experiencing. Remember to stay properly hydrated, get some shade or stay in cool areas and look up the difference between heat stroke vs. heat exhaustion. I would hate to hear about anything happening to any of you. I tip I like to use is when I shower, I use the Dr.Bronners Peppermint soap to cool off. I absolutely recommend it and am happy to help get your back 🌸

Summary: I wanted to reach out to all the shy girls on here. The girls that never quite knew how to fill a room. While others lit it up with laughter and easy words. The girls that slipped into corners like a whisper, unnoticed unless someone was paying attention — really paying attention. And most people didn’t.

She's the kind of girl who lived between lines, in quiet gestures, in soft smiles that came and went like sunlight through half-closed curtains.

But beneath the silence, there was a storm — a heart full of feeling, of love too big for her own chest.

Shy girls never ask to be seen. But part of them always hoped someone would.

I recorded this listening to Lorde-Ribs, while the song isn't in the audio I highly recommend it playing softly in the background while you listen to the audio. If you're not a fan of Lorde, I'm sure any other soft music would work.
