If you want to do a little practice for the Braingasm/HFO portion for the next audio, I have created a mini-training for, “Nautica.exe” . You can listen and practice before listening to the actual, Nautica.exe audio. 

There are several ways to achieve an HFO, and you will need to find the way which works best for you. The way I am describing here isn’t the only way, nor the best way, but it is one way. The more options you are aware of, the easier it may be for you to find something that works. 

*In the audio, “Nautica.exe”. I will ask you to do the steps in the mini-training (except I don’t go into as full of detail in the real audio as I do in the training). This is because this method might not fully work for someone and I don’t want to ruin your HFO in the real audio if you need to adjust to the methods.. This way you can do what you need to do in the main audio without feeling like you are “disobeying”.  This mini-training may help you understand what is meant by, “clench”. If it doesn’t work for you, then just clench the way that naturally feels right. Go with what your body wants you to do, without too much thought. The training may seem awkward at first, but you may find it gets easier or you adjust to do it differently. That is why I am posting the mini-training, so as not to have you thinking too much about technique etc during the real audio session. 

Here is it is written in steps for one method of achieving a Braingasm HFO like in the audio, Nautica-exe: 

  1. Lie on your back on a chaise (or a bed, or a chaise/lounge chair that allows you to fully extend your body or the floor). **I say “chaise” in the practice audio only bc that is what we are using in the session, “Nautica.exe”

  2. Knees bent, feet flat on the surface, open your legs in a butterfly position. This is not necessary and may be difficult for some people to do, but it allows for energy to flow more freely. Especially if you have a partner who sits across from you in the same position with your groins aligned (but not touching). So if the butterfly positing hurts your back or your thighs, don’t worry about it, you can still have an HFO. It’s most important that you are comfortable!

3)  Begin a pattern of slow and steady breathing to activate your parasympathetic nervous system. This is also where you want to be to achieve not only an HFO, but a real ejaculation orgasm when having sex. The slow, steady, patterned breathing also should clear your mind somewhat or considerably, if you focus on your breathing. 

  1. Now that you are relaxed and energy is open to flow freely, your mind is cleared, “come into your body” (this means focus on your body and the sensations). Also known as mindfulness.

  2. Think of sexy thoughts that arouse you the most or listen to an erotic audio. 

  3. The mini audio has you then begin breathing into your sphincter (your base chakra). Breathe through it as if you are sipping air up through it with a straw. This will stir and stimulate sexual energy. 

  4. Once you are comfortable with this, the mini-training audio then instructs, as you breathe in through your sphincter and arch your back up off of the surface, allow your stomach to inflate like a balloon. There are four seconds between inhale and exhale, where you can perform and hold it. 

8)  I then ask you to lower your back, thrust your hips up, clench and allow your stomach to deflate the air. 

  1. I then bring in the "snaps" and "clench". You will be given about four practices for this.

  2. The final step in this trainng audio is to introduce the trigger, "Pulse".

The mini-training audio instructs you to do the “clench” set five times and then the music plays for five minutes allowing you to practice on your own. Think sexy thoughts, focus on your body and practice the techniques.

While the lesson doesn’t instruct you to actually have an HFO (and is only a practice of techniques, to go all the way to an HFO you would…you would continue to clench and breathe from your base chakra. Continue focusing on your body’s pleasure. And using the breath to both stimulate the sexual energy in your groin and also to move it up through your body. The energy  is stirred and moved because you are breathing through the chakra and moving the air where sexual energy is stored. The clenching and thrusting assists with all of this to achieve a Braingasm HFO.

The parasympathetic nervous system, often called the "rest and digest" system, is part of the autonomic nervous system that controls bodily functions without conscious thought. It counteracts the "fight or flight" response of the sympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation, digestion, and other restorative functions.  When you are in this state, the relaxed state allows for the orgasm to occur. So this is why it is important to remain relaxed and not worry or stress about an hfo, but rather to focus on the pleasure and the sexy thoughts and just move, just let things happen. The HFO will take care of itself when you are in the relaxed, horny state of mind and body.
