The first 10 minutes of the call were actually really casual. I got a little worried because you two were talking about anything from cats, to the weather to family and other household concerns, but then when you switched to talking about the deal, it got productive very quickly. The president of the other company seemed to trust you after you took the time to invest in her as a person. I could have done that I thought, but then I realized, no I couldn't have. I have been so worried about the business and the numbers that I couldn't even imagine working on the human connection as the way. I'm so glad I put you in charge. I learned so much from you by just watching it unfold. I'm so glad you were able to show that beautiful lady you are. You always make everyone feel better immediately while still keeping them focused. You smiled on the hard questions. You made jokes, laughed and then took things serious. You answered everything and took notes on follow-ups. It was all going so smoothly and then the president said, okay let's do this. She asked about me, so I slid over in my chair to join in. It's time to wrap up the call and celebrate. That first kiss and hug wasn't enough to express how we feel about each other.
