Content Warning: I do talk about a generic fantasy setting complete with gods/goddesses and their worship, soul separation, in-game death, cultists, with a passing mention of bats, rats, and spiders as monsters.

📑 Summary: This isn't a "standard" sleep aid. I don't tell you how to fall asleep. I don't remind you breathe and relax your body. I simply talk, for more than 30 minutes, about something that you probably don't care about and invite you, openly, to fall asleep to it. There's quiet ambience in the background.
