This was inspired by a monologue from a mini-movie which was used on Alice Cooper's "Welcome To My Nightmare" tour, performed by the incomparable Vincent Price. In the show, the monologue precedes "The Black Widow," which is one of my all-time favorite Alice Cooper songs. Part of that song's chorus is "love me, yes we love me/love him, yes we love him," and this is (in part) where the inspiration for the title came from.
