i deeply resonated with this script by u/Ariadne882 when i first came across it, because i really needed something like this too.

note: i imagined meeting my friend at like either a public place, more on the quiet side, or just welcoming them into my home in the middle of a semi-busy day. anyway, as much as i tried to be grounding, some shaky emotions got in there, too.
