Happy Thursday, friends! We have made it almost all the way through the short week and into September.

Good things? I now officially have a month until my trip home for my cousin’s wedding. I’ll get to see my mom, my brothers, my nephews and my niece (and be the cool aunt). Bad things? I have to buy my dresses for said wedding and heels that may or may not get me to break my ankle, leg or face. I am not graceful, and walking on pointy stick shoes does not help the grace.

But before I buy dresses and hope I don’t regret them….
