I needed it the other day. I’m having trouble sleeping, so I took care of things to see if it would help. Spoiler Alert: On this day, it did not.

For some reason, my toy sounds insanely loud in this one. Sorry. Also, my dog decides it’s the perfect time to get out of his bed and take himself on a stroll around the room. You’ll hear him shake himself out and step on a bag of Christmas gifts at one point. He’s old, deaf and nearly blind, so give him a break…I do.
