Summary: I sit down with ForeverRatedM and AmphibiousPatriarch to talk about the making of the horror comedy erotic audio “E is for Electronic Virtual Intelligence Lover”. With over 5 voices, 100 sound effects, and a sexy vacuum fleshlight sequence, this was the most ambitious thing any of us have ever made. We talk about favorite sfx, break down some of the sequences, and share what inspired us.
It started out with a bit, how did it end up like this? On this episode of the podcast, I deep dive into the making of E is for Electronic Virtual Intelligence Lover, a horror-comedy erotic audio. I'm joined by u/ForeverRatedM (aka Forever), who wrote the script, and u/AmphibiousPatriarch (aka FrogFather, Frog), who edited the audio. This podcast contains spoilers for the audio and I suggest listening to it first.
Towards the end of the EVIL project, I started saying that I needed to document us talking about how we made this crazy thing. Both for ourselves and the broader community. We cover every part of how we made this audio, from inception to sound design to troubleshooting. No stone unturned. I am so incredibly proud of Forever and Frog for all the hard work they did and the breathtaking pornography we created. Take a peak behind the curtain of how audio porn gets made when everyone is over committed to the bit.
One of the amazing things that came out of this project is The Sauce. Created and curated by u/AmphibiousPatriarch, The Sauce is an incredible (and growing) sound pack. It can be found on his website: https://www.frogdaddy.stream/the-sauce. It’s free, open license, including for commercial works, with appropriate credit.
